REGISTRATION FEE
€ 250,00 + € 50,00 (VAT) before 10th March 2009
€ 300,00 + € 60,00 (VAT) on or after 10th March 2009
(Limited seats available. Quote includes lunch and coffee break)

PAYMENT
Payment must be done by bank transfer or cheque along with the registration form.
 

Please send to Areameeting the proof of the bank transfer in order to receive the invoice.
Upon receipt of payment the registration will be confirmed.

CANCELLATION
Please note that refunds will only be given if a place is cancelled before 28th February 2009. 70% refund will be recognized for cancellation received within this date.
Requests for refunds after this date will be considered by the Organisation.
Cancellations will only be valid if made in writing and confirmed by the Organisation.

Transfer of registrations can be made at any time but must be made in writing to Areameeting Srl.
